A fish wholesaler with a thorough knowledge of fish ecology and catching methods and a first-class chef who continues to research processing and cooking methods join forces to offer the highest quality ocean gastronomy that can only be enjoyed locally, using the nationally renowned “Himi’s cold yellowtail” as the main ingredient. To make the meal even more delicious, the tour includes a visit to the auction, which is normally off-limits, and a guide who will explain the special local fishing methods.

Tour Period Around November to February every year (the delicious season of cold yellowtail)

※Outside of the above period, we will serve fish other than yellowtail caught in each season.

Course Contents

You will enjoy a full course of Himi’s luxurious cold yellowtail, which can only be tasted during limited seasons, cooked in a unique way that can only be enjoyed locally by our resident chef from a top Paris hotel restaurant, while listening to the story of Himi and the fish caught in the area.
